Mystery Babylon: Into the Abyss

Previously: Was Jesus A Tax Protester?

Two Women: Two Churches

John described two women in his vision on Patmos that symbolically represent two groups. The first woman is described thus:
And there appeared a great sign in heaven, in the likeness of things on the earth: a woman, clothed with the sun, and the moon under her feet, and upon her head a crown of twelve stars. And the woman, being with child, cried, travailing in birth and pained to be delivered... And she brought forth a man child, who was to rule all nations with a rod of iron; and her child was caught up unto God and his throne. (Revelation 12:1-5)

Later John reveals her identity: she is the church of God, her child was the Kingdom of God and his Christ.  Joseph Smith taught they were distinctly different entities from one another.

And the second woman:

And I saw a woman sit upon a scarlet-colored beast, full of names of blasphemy, having seven heads and ten thorns. And the woman was arrayed in purple and scarlet color, and adorned with gold, and precious stones, and pearls, and having a golden cup in her hand, full of abominations and filthiness of her fornication. And upon her forehead was a name written: Mystery, Babylon the Great, the Mother of Harlots and Abominations of the earth. And I saw the woman drunk with the blood of the saints, and with the blood of the martyrs of Jesus. And when I saw her, I wondered with great awe. (Revelation 17: 3-5)

John also reveals her identity: "the woman whom you saw is that great city which reigns over the kings of the earth." (17:18)

Nephi also saw what John saw. He described the two women in this way:

And it came to pass that he [the angel] said unto me: Look, and behold the great and abominable church, which is the mother of abominations, whose founder is the devil. And he said unto me: Behold there are save two churches only; the one is the church of the Lamb of God, and the other is the church of the devil; wherefore, whoso belongeth not to the church of the Lamb of God belongeth to that great church, which is the mother of abominations; and she is the whore of all the earth. And it came to pass that I looked and beheld the whore of all the earth, and she sat upon many waters; and she had dominion over all the earth, among all nations, kindreds, tongues, and people. (1 Nephi 14: 9-10, Emphasis Added)

As for the first woman, we know she is not the LDS Church, or any organization for that matter. She represents the humble followers of Christ, spread throughout the margins of society, whose numbers are few.

But who is the second woman, who "reigns over the kings of the earth?" Indeed, what is the "Great and Abominable church of the devil"?  H. Verlan Andersen, a friend of President Benson's and a good man, wrote a book with that very title. He concluded that the church of the devil is "prostituted government." He was definitely on the right track but the rabbit hole goes much, much deeper. I am going to attempt to plunge deep down that abyss in this post, but there is so much material that I might have to stretch this out in several parts. Nevertheless, this stuff is important and needs to be addressed. It is the only way to understand how the world really works and what is behind current agendas like the Covid "pandemic."

The Secret Plans of the Gadiantons

Thanks to the Book of Mormon we know about Secret Combinations and their plan of world domination. However, the prophets did not reveal to us the details of the secret plans and oaths of the conspirators, yet we are told by Moroni that "they are had among all people." This omission was not because God wants us to remain ignorant of the oaths, but rather because there was limited room on the plates and the "secret plans" are literally everywhere, hidden in plain sight all around us. But they do give us clues as to where to start looking:
And behold, I am Giddianhi; and I am the governor of this secret society of Gadianton; which society and the works thereof I know to be good; and they are of ancient date and they have been handed down unto us. (3 Ne 3:9 Emphasis Added)

"Ancient date."  That is where we start. Keep in mind what Giddianhi said, "and the works thereof I know to be good." Make no mistake, this is a religion, and they believe it to be the correct one. Their object of worship is Lucifer, the "Light Bearer," (lucious is the Latin word for light). Just as we make covenants with Christ, they make them with Lucifer:

And Satan said unto Cain: Swear unto me by thy throat, and if thou tell it thou shalt die; and swear thy brethren by their heads, and by the living God, that they tell it not; for if they tell it, they shall surely die; and this that thy father may not know it; and this day I will deliver thy brother Abel into thine hands. (Moses 5:29)

Here the modus operandi of that church is revealed. They make covenants with Satan by taking blood oaths, pledging to die if they tell the secret, and using murder to get gain:

And Satan sware unto Cain that he would do according to his commands. And all these things were done in secret. And Cain said: Truly I am Mahan, the master of this great secret, that I may murder and get gain. Wherefore Cain was called Master Mahan, and he gloried in his wickedness. (Moses 5: 30-31

It is imperative to remember that God does not work in darkness. He does nothing in secret. Everything he does is plain and precious, easy to understand, available to everyone, nondiscriminatory, and openly published. He does not require a "worthiness certificate" to enter a place where "sacred" (actually secret) oaths are sworn to an organization. He does not require secret hand shakes, signs, or tokens to pass through a "veil," or to advance to a "world" beyond this earthly one. These are all tenets of Satan's church, not God's. Keep that in mind as we proceed. Another clue from the Book of Mormon:

And it came to pass that they had their signs, yea, their secret signs, and their secret words; and this that they might distinguish a brother who had entered into the covenant..." (Hel 6:22)

What types of secret societies and fraternal orders use secret signs and handshakes? Their are hoards of them, but the Freemasonic Order is the ground level. They provide the vetting ground for Satan's church, and very few move up the ranks. Most of them are good people who think they belong to a benign and philanthropic fraternity, but nothing could be further from the truth. The word Freemason has a dual meaning. To the unillumined, it sounds like a society based upon building and construction, a symbol of their role in framing and directing society. But to the initiated, the meaning has ancient underpinnings.

In the Greek, masonry is a corruption of the word mesouraneo, which denotes the phrase, "I am in the midst of heaven." And what is heaven but the firmament, where all the great orbs appear to man. The sun is the center of "heaven" or the sky from our perspective on earth, and hence is the source of all light to us. But the derivation goes back even further. The modern word "free" is similar to the Egyptian Phre, meaning the sun, and the prefix of the word mason, mas, means a child. Hence the Egyptian Phre-Massen, literally means Children of the Sun, or the Sons of Light. (Brown, Stellar Theology and Masonic Astronomy, p. 64)

And who is the bringer of light to these organizations? Lucifer, of course. Just as Christians become the sons of God, the highest initiates become the sons of light, or Lucifer. Nephi was right. There are only two churches. Everything that is taught in this world is derived from one or the other. To understand the significance of the harlot John saw, we have to go back to ancient Egypt. She represents the Mystery Schools (Mystery Babylon), the very organizations in which the secret plans of the Gadiantons have been passed down through the ages.

The Osirian Cycle and Egyptian Sun Worship

To understand what the Mystery Schools are based upon, you have to be familiar with the Fable of Osiris. Although we know that Cain was the first to receive the mysteries from Satan, the history is easily traced to Egypt, which is the best place to start.

The Fable of Osiris is best explained by Manly P. Hall, who is regarded by Masons as the most prolific writer on the mysteries and "secreting teachings of the ages." In what follows I'll be paraphrasing from Hall's book, Freemasonry and the Ancient Egyptians, which is quoted at length in D. Christian Markham's comprehensive work, There are Save Two Churches Only: Volume I. This book is mind-blowing, by the way, and is essential reading for anyone who wants to understand the Mystery Schools from the perspective of the Restoration.

Hall pulls his account from Plutarch, the Roman philosopher, who is also a mystery school initiate, and begins with Egyptian mythology starting with the goddess Nut, also known as Rhea. She is the wife of Seb/Saturn but also marries her own son Ra or Helios the sun god. Then she cheats on him with Seb (these gods are promiscuous and apparently incestuous), and becomes pregnant. When Ra finds out he declares that she "will not have progeny in any month or year." Nut tricks Ra with the help of Thoth (Mercury), a gambler who won some illuminations from the moon goddess and uses them to add 5 extra days to the Egyptian calendar, extending the year from 360 days (the exact amount of degrees in a circle), to 365 days.

On those five extra days, safely hidden from Ra, Nut has her children in this order:

1. Osiris who becomes "Lord of all the Earth."
2. Aroueris (the elder Horus)
3. Typhon or Set
4. Isis
5. Nephthys

Osiris becomes the King of Egypt and marries Isis. Typhon, married to Nephthys, is the jealous and ambitious brother who conspires to kill Osiris with the help of 72 others. As Osiris is traveling the world and teaching the people law and religion, Typhon fashions an elaborate chest that fits his brother's body perfectly. On the day of his return to Egypt, the chest is brought to the King's banquet feast and Typhon announces that the chest will be rewarded to whomever most nearly fits in it. One by one each prince tried to lay in the box but none were the perfect size (think Cinderella and the glass slipper; these stories don't came out of thin air). Finally, when it was Osiris' turn, his body fit like a glove. Upon his entering the chest the 72 conspirators clamped it shut, nailed it, and poured hot lead over the cracks, and thereupon cast the chest into the Nile where it meets the sea.

Isis wandered all of Egypt looking for the box. She eventually finds it on the coast of Byblos (meaning bible or book), where a Tamarisk tree has grown around the chest totally enveloping it into its trunk. When the king of Byblos discovers it he orders the tree cut down and made into a pillar at his palace. Isis went to the kingdom in disguise as the queen's nurse and at night would transform into a swallow, flying around the pillar and bemoaning her husband. At length, she revealed her true identity and petitioned the king to cut out the chest. Retreating to the desert, she performed magical rites whereupon Osiris' body was temporarily reanimated, and from this union she becomes pregnant with the child Horus (the younger one). Fearing for the child's life, she left the chest and delivered him in a secluded place unbeknownst to the tyrant Typhon.

Typhon chanced upon the chest, and knowing the magical powers of Isis, cut the body up into 14 parts (a very significant number to the mystery schools) and spread them over all of Egypt. He also held Isis and Horus prisoner until they escaped with the help of Thoth. Isis hid Horus in a papyrus swamp and once again traversed Egypt looking for the body parts of her dead husband. She eventually recovered them all except for the phallus, or penis. Through her magic she was able to reproduce this organ in gold, and with his body whole again she ensured his complete transition to the underworld. (please note the Egyptian obelisk is the symbol of Osiris' phallus and can be found in
architecture all around the world; we have several in the United States, the picture below is of the Luxor hotel in Las Vegas).

What happened to the original phallus? It was cast into the Nile and devoured by three fishes who represent Ignorance, Superstition, and Fear.

These concepts also symbolize the Church, the State, and the Mob

These are how the mystery schools keep you, whom they refer to as the “profane,” in the dark and easily subjugated. More on this later.

Little Horus receives a vision from his father instructing him how to overcome the hosts of Typhon, and upon prevailing, takes him prisoner. Yet queen Isis doesn't have the heart to execute her brother. Horus is angered by this and removes her royal insignia from her head, but the ever helpful Thoth gave her a new helmet in the shape of an Ox's head. Typhon is released and Horus does battle with him yet again, eventually prevailing and winning the kingdom. In some respects he becomes the literal reincarnation of Osiris; the two are sometimes considered one and the same.

Isis and Osiris have one last union. The shade of his body visits her from the underworld and she is imbued with an immaculate conception, because "she knew no man" (sound familiar?). Keep in mind throughout this narrative that "God creates and Satan imitates."

1. These are the words of D. Christian Markham, and is one of the main themes of his book. Satan does not have a veil and knows Godly science and the laws of the universe. He can mimic almost anything that God does and that is why he can deceive the very elect.

From this conception is born a child by the name of Harpocrates. He is the Egyptian symbol of youth or adolescence and is depicted as being lame in the lower limbs. His finger is placed to his lips in the symbolic gesture we all know of as "Shhhh, be quiet." Hall explains that "Statues of the god Harpocrates were placed at the entrances to temples and sacred retreats where the dramas of the Mysteries were performed as a sign that silence and secrecy should be observed in the holy places and that all initiates were bound by vows of discretion" (Markham, p. 65).

Is this sounding familiar yet? God is not the author of secrets. He does not expect you to enter a building and be quiet and reverent as you make oaths of secrecy. In fact, He considers that downright abominable. God is the great "disrupter" of Lucifer's sanctimony, which is exactly what the mystery schools believe. They have their gods wrong, and because of their influence on the world, so do most of us.

Who Are These Gods?

Now, on to the meat. What on earth does this ridiculous fable mean? Again we turn to Manly P. Hall for the interpretation. Hall is a good source because he has revealed much of the mysteries' "secret teachings." Probably because he was a zealous adherent and sincerely believed them to be correct. In a way he is like Carrol Quigley who wrote Tragedy and Hope, the book that exposes the behind-the-scenes Anglo-American establishment that controls both political parties (and which is controlled at it's higher echelons by mystery school initiates). Quigley was granted access to their private documents, but instead of disdain, his book is full of praise for these psychopaths. He was one of them and approved of their methods and, like Hall, sincerely believed that the New World Order is a noble path for earth. You should realize that these aren't just run of the mill criminals we are dealing with; they are religious zealots who sincerely believe that what they are doing is right.  They sincerely believe that they, as intellectually and morally superior, have the absolute right to subdue and control the world's populations.  They are convinced that whatever is required for the fulfillment of their goals, like say, the extermination of billions of people, is justified.

The Osirian Fable is nothing but a parable. Every part of the story is symbolic of a tenet of the mystery school religion. It is dualistic in nature; one interpretation is for the mystery school adepts, referred to as the esoteric, and the other is for us, the profane, and is called the exoteric. Esoteric simply means occult, or hidden, and exoteric means public.

Hall revels in the time in history when the world, i.e., Egypt, was ruled by a "benevolent despotism" consisting of  priests and sages with "divine attributes." He calls this the "Golden Age." Remember when Moses and Aaron challenged the priests of Pharaoh? When Aaron cast down his rod before Pharaoh it became a serpent; the king responded by calling the "sorcerers" and "magicians" of Egypt who do likewise, "but Aaron's rod swallowed them up" (Exodus 7:9-12). These were mystery adepts, they had secret knowledge of Godly science revealed to them by Lucifer. Remember, "God creates, Satan imitates."

These are the guys Hall was talking about. They ruled Egypt from behind the scenes. They taught the people the fable of Osiris to keep them subservient to them. The exoteric interpretation of Osiris was that he represented the sun, the great orb in the sky that died, or Set (Typhon's other name) each night, and rose again each morning, giving its light so the people could live. The Egyptians weren't stupid. They did not worship the sun, but to them it was the ultimate representation of the true God of heaven. Horus was the younger sun, and upon rising each morning would take 12 steps, or hours, across the sky. At noon Horus was the "most high," and settling over the great pyramid, did not cast a shadow to earth (i.e., symbolic of light consuming darkness). At evening Horus would wax old and die, and in the morning the whole thing starts over again. These are all exoteric teachings meant for the profane, to keep them in a continuous "cycle" of ignorance.

Hall goes on to reveal the esoteric meaning: the priests (the "accumulative body of initiates") represent the "hidden tradition," Osiris the positive pole (the giver) and Isis the receptive pole (receiver). Or, in other words, "he is the doctrine, she is the church." And what is a church? A group of believers gathered together to worship. Isis represents the body of believing mystery school adepts; Osiris, the secret doctrinal teachings; the ancient plans of Gadianton.

Hall continues regarding Isis: "the institution of the Mysteries was the great Mother... of all good." He goes on, she is the "temporal order of the priesthood... the temple... the protectress of all right... the patron of all improvement. She insures nobility, inspires virtue and awakens the nobler passions of the soul."

Nephi and John have a very different opinion of her. They call her out for who she really is: "Mystery Babylon, the Mother of Harlots, the whore of all the earth."

To recap: Osiris is the doctrine (secret plans), Isis is the mystery schools (the body of adepts), and Horus represents each of the mystery school initiates, he is the "widow's son," who is seeking vengeance upon Typhon, the murderer of his father.

Typhon: The Great Opposer

Now we get to the interesting part. Who is Typhon?

According to Hall, Typhon is the great betrayer, the proverbial Judas, who lures Osiris into the "ark of destruction at the time when the sun enters the house of the Scorpion."1

1. According to astrology, the sun enters the house of Scorpio in the eight month, which was considered to be cursed. This is why the Founding Fathers (most of them Masons) declared independence in July (the seventh month). Also of import is the year 1776: if you add the first two numbers you get 8, which is symbolic of infinity because you can keep drawing an 8 without ever lifting the pen off the paper. The sum of the second two numbers is 13, which is symbolic of perfect government. It represents the twelve disciples (the 12 signs of the Zodiac), plus Christ (or the sun). In Markham's book, Two Churches Only, he gets into how the primitive church, once it was seized and corrupted by the Roman Empire, incorporated all the pagan gods into Christianity.

Hall continues: "Of all good things Typhon is the great opposer, occupying the position of the eternal negative... the Adversary... the personification of ambition, the patron of ruin... the embodiment of every perversity.. the negative creation... the Ahriman [i.e., the "destructive spirit"] of Zoroasterism. Typhon is black magic and sorcery--the Black Brotherhood. Nephthys, his wife, is the institution through which it manifests... he is... indescribably insidious, empowered to infect the fabric of church and state."

"Typhon is the desire of the few pitted against the good of the many. He is the spirit of dissension and discord that breaks up unity of purpose by setting factions against each other so that great issues lose the name of action. The desire for riches, pomp, power, and sovereignty by which this evil genius was obsessed, reveals the temptation by which humanity is deflected from its ultimate goal and led into the byways of sorrow and despair." (Markham, p. 67-68)

Typhon sounds like a pretty bad guy right? Who is this evil monster? Brace yourself. According to these twisted teachings, he is The Lord, Jesus Christ!

That's right, Hall and the mystery schools believe Lucifer to be the true God and Christ to be the Adversary. As I explain each of Hall's accusations, it will become crystal clear that, in their view, Christ is "guilty" of each one of them.

1. He is the "opposer": In the great council in heaven Christ opposed Lucifer's plan of coercion and volunteered himself to be sacrificed in a plan of free agency. He "lured Osiris [Satan] in to the ark of destruction" (Markham p. 68) and cast him down to the earth. Apparently, Lucifer is still bitter about the War in Heaven.

2. The eternal negative: What does Hall mean by this term? Think in terms of positive and negative law. Positive law is legislation that limits the freedom of the individual. Negative law is law that limits the powers of government. Positive law presupposes that rights are granted by the State. Negative law presupposes that rights are inalienable, and granted by our Creator, who is Jesus Christ.

3. The personification of ambition: Christ has given us liberty, and with that comes the risk of setting our hearts upon riches. He allows us to do that. In a capitalist system, ambition functions as the "invisible hand" described by Adam Smith that allows a society to be prosperous. In other words, Christ gives us economic freedom.

4. The patron of ruin: Because Christ has given us free agency, we are allowed to fail. We have the choice to "ruin" our lives if we so wish. In fact, we all do fail, which is precisely why we needed a Savior in the first place. The mystery schools teach that man can become God through the intellect, not through a Savior, and they believe that society can be perfected by exogenous law. Of course, those who don't fit in with their utopia are simply eliminated.

5. The embodiment of every perversity: Jesus fellowshipped among those whom the Pharisees considered to be unclean: sinners, publicans, adulterers, prostitutes, tax collectors, etc. Jesus is for the underdogs, the little guy, the outcasts, the exiled, the marginalized. He experienced every consequence of "perversity" in Gethsemane so he could lift us out of it. Like the Pharisees, mystery school initiates believe they are better than you and don't need such a being as Christ.

6. The negative creation: Christ created the heavens and the earth. He allows natural processes to happen spontaneously and rarely intervenes. That is why some people are deists; they believe God created the world and passively lets things happen.

7. The destructive spirit: Christ does occasionally intervene, usually when the world becomes so wicked (because of the mystery schools) that free agency is totally destroyed. He flooded the earth and covered up the mystery school's most sacred city, Atlantis.1 In the Book of Mormon we are told that he changed the entire landscape to cover up cities where the Gadiantons had strongholds. At other times he allows the wicked to destroy the wicked through war, and he chastens his people through famine and natural disasters. To Mystery Babylon, he has been very destructive

1. There are some legends and myths in mystery school lore that reveal that Atlantis was the supercontinent Pangaea. Obviously there is no real evidence for this but it is fun to speculate about. In Genesis 7: 11 we are told that the "fountains of the great deep were broken up." Could this be a description of what modern science calls "tectonic plate movement?" In the Biblical account it says that this happened "the same day," not over millions of years. This gets into another debate: catastrophism vs uniformitarianism. Do things happen slowly over billions of years or instantly through the power of God? I would say both, or how else could Christ be the negative creation and the destructive spirit? Consider that in 3 Nephi 8 we are told that "the whole face of the land became deformed," and it happened in "the space of three hours."

8. He is black magic and sorcery: Because he is God, Christ has supernatural powers. He can heal, cast out devils, raise the dead, change the landscape of the earth, create worlds without end, calm the stormy seas, multiply wine and bread, suffer extreme pains and anguish without death, etc. Remember Aaron's rod and the serpent in the courts of Pharaoh? Aaron's serpent consumed those of the Egyptian mystery school initiates. Hall accuses Christ of black magic and sorcery because frankly, Satan is jealous of Christ's power.

9. The Black Brotherhood: This is the priesthood, after the Order of the Son of God. The priesthood given to Melchizedek that cannot be passed down from man to man. It can only be given by the voice of God. Christ handpicks those who can hold this power: "and it was given unto men by the calling of his own voice" (Gen 14:29, JST). This priesthood holds the power, among many others, to "set at defiance the armies of nations." The mystery schools hate this power because it will ultimately destroy their institutions and their armies that they are using to implement the New World Order. Enoch used this power to do that very thing anciently. This "brotherhood" is also described in Alma 13, as those who were "prepared from the foundation of the world." Nephi, son of Helaman was also given this power (See Helaman 10). This is God's army. These are the righteous bad asses.

10. Nephthys, his wife, the institution through which it manifests: This is the bride of Christ, the church of the Lamb of God. The first woman described by John the revelator, who "travailed" in the "wilderness" and gave birth to the man child, the Kingdom of God and his Christ. These are the humble followers of Christ whom Nephi saw "were armed with righteousness and with the power of God in great glory" (1 Nephi 14:14). You should realize that Isis has declared war on Nephthys. The mystery schools consider Christians the ultimate enemy. Nephi prophesied that the mother of abominations will gather together multitudes to "fight against the Lamb." If the full program of the New World Order is ever established, Christians will be the first to be eliminated.

11. He is the few pitted against the good of the many: Where have we heard this before? The social good? The will of the majority? This is collectivism. The goal of the mystery schools is to establish a one-world socialistic totalitarian state. They will justify this "beneficent despotism" by claiming that it will be done for the common good, social justice, etc. To eliminate war, poverty, racism, nationalism etc. These people are all communists/socialists. Lenin, Stalin, Churchill, FDR, and Hitler were all freemasons. Karl Marx was a freemason. Satan himself is a socialist and the originator of communism. They hate Christ because he is an individualist. He died so men could be free to pursue their own self-interests. He is the author of human liberty. The entire concept of collectivism is based upon a deception. There is no such thing as a group. It cannot exist except as an abstraction of the mind. Only individuals exist, the real parts that make up the group. When you look at a forest you can only see trees. In the New World Order, it will be the leaders who are "the few pitted against the good of the many." Can you see how they twist everything around? Deceptions within deceptions.

12. He is the spirit of dissension and discord that breaks up unity of purpose by setting factions against each other so that great issues lose the name of action: This is a mouthful. What is Hall saying here? Christ is the great secessionist. He breaks up empires and collectivist states. He helped the colonialists win their independence from England. He quietly dissented from the Jewish church, he nonviolently challenged the Roman imperium. He led Lehi to escape from Jewish tyranny. He led the lost tribes of Israel out of Babylonian captivity. He helped Alma the younger's people escape from the Amulonite taskmasters. What Hall calls "unity of purpose" is just another way of saying collectivism. Factions that break from mother states give humanity more freedom, more choices, more autonomy. The ability to vote with your feet. The "great issues" of our day are social justice, Covid mandates, climate change, etc. The "name of action" is using the state to force legislation on the populace. Christ is the great disrupter of that process. He wants you to be free, the mystery adepts want you enslaved to them. Here is the ironic part. In 4 Nephi, when a Zion community was established they did have "unity of purpose," but it came voluntarily. This is the difference between Christ and Satan. They had the same goal in the preexistent heavenly council: the salvation of man; but one would use force. "God creates, Satan imitates."

13. The desire for riches, pomp, power, and sovereignty by which this evil genius was obsessed, reveals the temptation by which humanity is deflected from its ultimate goal and led into the byways of sorrow and despair: And what is the ultimate goal of humanity? Most of us just want to be free and left alone. But Hall is referring to what the mystery schools want. Think about what he is saying. The desire for what? Sovereignty, is deflecting humanity from its goal. Sovereignty means autonomy, self-rule; the right of a people to govern themselves without control or influence from an outside authority. Their ultimate goal, as I stated before, is a one-world socialist state. They want to crush the sovereignty of all nations. Read Ether 8 again and let that sink in. They "seeketh to overthrow the freedom of all lands, nations, and countries." Guess who their biggest obstacle is to this goal? Jesus Christ. Only Christ decides when Americans get swept off this land. He is in control. Not them. They, and we, are at his mercy. He can destroy them off the face of the earth at anytime he chooses, and they know it because he has done it before. Can you see why they are so frustrated with him? Again, they turn things around. Sorrow and despair are the consequences of socialist utopias, not free republics. Can anyone honestly say that the Soviet Union was a utopia? These guys are delusional.

Satan believes he is right. He believes that forcing God's children to heaven was the right call, and that it can be done without a Savior. He believes that Adam and Eve were held captive in the garden of Eden, and that he set them free through the gift of intellect. He is fighting desperately to implement his plan here on this earth. Remember that he wanted the credit and honor for coming up with this plan, even God's honor. The War in Heaven is still raging today; a war of ideology, a battle for your mind. We ought to listen to Moroni's warning:
"Wherefore the Lord commandeth you, when ye shall see these things come among you that ye shall awake to a sense of your awful situation... I Moroni, am commanded to write these things that evil may be done away, and that the time may come that Satan may have no power upon the hearts of the children of men..."

Did you catch that? These institutions, the whole of Mystery Babylon, are the vehicle Satan uses to win your hearts over and enslave you. When they are destroyed he will lose his power, and that can only be accomplished by wasting and wearing "out our lives in bringing to light all the hidden things of darkness." As Moroni stated, the Lord commands us to do so. This is not something we should take lightly.

Well. We have only scratched the surface of the mystery religions. I promised I would come back to the three fishes that consumed Osiris' phallus. They represent ignorance, superstition, and fear, which in turn represent the church, the state, and the mob (us). These are the sworn enemies of the mystery schools and they have vowed to co-opt them as a means to enslave you. The lost word of freemasonry is the phallus, or the regenerative force, represented by the Egyptian obelisk. They are always seeking for it, and always seeking vengeance against you (the mob, the profane) for consuming it. An exposition of these concepts will merit an entire blog post. Stay tuned for part two, coming soon...

One more thing. This is a great place to introduce William Cooper. He has probably done more than anyone else in modern history to expose the mystery schools and their ancient doctrine. In the 1990s he recorded nearly 2000 hours of radio on his show, The Hour of the Time. He served in the military during the sixties and seventies and held a high security clearance. He saw things that defy reason and was threatened by his superiors to keep his mouth shut. He didn't. He spent decades studying the New World Order and Mystery Babylon and wrote a book called, Behold a Pale Horse.

Every single radio show is available for free on the internet at this website

But this YouTube channel will take you step by step through the origins of the mystery schools and freemasonry. It is over forty hours of material. I will warn you: he does lump Mormonism and Joseph Smith in with freemasonry and the NWO. This is a complicated issue because we know that Brigham Young, and Heber C. Kimball, and Willard Richards (for all intents and purposes now the first presidency) were devout Masons, but we are not sure about Joseph. The only "evidence" for that is their names have been found on a list of Masons in Nauvoo. There is much to suggest, however, that Brigham, Kimball, or Richards added Joseph and Hyrum's names to that list after the brothers were dead and gone.

We know, for instance, that Brigham Young had the editors of The Documentary History of the Church "doctor" Joseph's words so that the official record now has Joseph saying things he never said while leaving out important things Joseph did say that no longer fit Brigham Young's narrative. Since Joseph was critical of the Masonic Lodge, it is not much of a leap to assume the membership roster of that lodge did not originally show Joseph and Hyrum as members; that their names may have been added posthumously. It would have been to Young's advantage to do that because, after all, it would be difficult for those Masons now in Church leadership to explain why the Masonic temple had been completed when the Lord's Temple -the one Joseph insisted was a priority- never was.

  1. Excellent work, Kendal!

Your readers may be interested to know that a book you mentioned, "Stellar Theology and Masonic Astronomy," originally printed in 1882, has been reprinted and is available on Amazon. There is a link to the Kindle version for five bucks, but when I clicked on that link I was shown it is not available.

Nevertheless, I found it available for free download in both pdf and Epub formats at this link:

I once owned a copy of Alber Pike's "Morals and Dogma of the Ancient and Accepted Scottish Rite of Freemasonry" which I got for 25 dollars back in the early 70s and later sold for next to nothing because it was old and beat up and I was stupid. Now that early edition is going for close to a thousand dollars! Big mistake.

For those not aware, Albert Pike was a grand mucky-muck in the order and his book was intended as a handbook only for Freemasons who had attained to the highest degrees. He makes references to deities and a supreme being, but it becomes clear as you read further in that the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob is NOT the god he is referring to. I attended a speech by Bruce G. McCarthy decades ago where he exposed those references for their true meaning. I'd like to find a recording of that online, but alas I haven't seen one yet. Not sure if McCarthy is even alive today.

  2. Also, Ronald Karren discusses the dubious nature of the claim that Joseph and Hyrum were masons in his book, "The Exoneration of Emma, Joseph, and Hyrum" where he points out that in all of Joseph's speeches and writings, Joseph only mentions Freemasonry once or twice, neither of which could be construed as either positive or negative. One statement (and I'm going on memory here, so these won't be precise quotes) was that the one thing about Masons is they're good at keeping secrets, and the other was something about the temple ceremony having predated masonry by hundreds of years.

These are neutral observations; they cannot be taken as statements of support for the craft, as some people often have.

  3. Wonder what this means about our temple endowments and dealings. Father of lies indeed.

  4. Love the read: fascinating, and full of concepts I've never known.
I'll add a couple of points, not as criticism, but rather as something to consider:
    1. You mentioned a couple of times that Satan's plan is the plan of force. That's actually never taught in the scripture. Check out a book called "Satan's war on free agency" by Greg Wright. It's fantastic and offers a point of view that Satan's plan is more along the lines of allowing people make any choices they want without the consequences (aka the easy plan) - that's why it's so appealing (and Christ's plan is so uncomfortable by contrast). That's not to say that Satan's servants don't use force - mainly that it's not necessary the way his plan was presented.
    2. I'd disagree that Satan truly believes in his own lies. That's making sound misunderstood somehow - which is obviously the point of your discourse here, it's a part of the lie. But Lucifer himself knows full well the depth and extent of his lies, he's the father of them. He'll fool everyone into believing them, but he knows he's a fraud.
Thanks again for doing this research and writing everything up

  5. I’ll check it out. I guess I assumed Satan’s plan was a plan of force because Moses 4:3 says he “sought to destroy the agency of man.” And I don’t think Satan believes his own lies, I think he believes his plan in the pre existence was the correct one. Thanks for the feedback.
